Demo

Ask a business application a question in plain words. This demo runs Fidara on three open-source ERPs: Dolibarr, ERPNext and Odoo. Each is loaded with the same fictional company.

Fidara answers from the application's live data, and only from what the signed-in person is allowed to see.

In short

  • The company, Arcwell, is fictional, and the same data sits in three ERPs.
  • Sign in with any listed login and the password arcwell-demo.
  • Try the questions below, or ask your own.

1. The company

Arcwell Industrial Supply is a fictional US distributor of industrial parts. Headquarters are in Chicago. It has three regions, each with a distribution center: Midwest (Chicago), South (Houston) and West (Denver).

  • 406customers
  • 5,886sales orders, February 2022 to October 2026, about $33.6M
  • 15suppliers
  • 185products

It also has purchase orders, stock, invoices, payments and sales commission.

The data ends on 8 October 2026. 'Now', 'so far' and 'overdue' mean as of that day. Every company and person in it is invented.

2. Open an ERP

Dolibarr

Sign in, then open Fidara Assistant in the top menu.

ERPNext

Sign in, then open the assistant.

Odoo

Sign in, then open Fidara Assistant in the menu.

3. Sign in as someone

Every login uses the password arcwell-demo. The same logins work on all three ERPs. The assistant answers as that person: a sales rep sees their own customers and commission, and a regional manager sees their region.

4. Questions to try

Click New Chat before each new topic. Then ask your own.

Same question, three ERPs

Sign in as Erin, in any ERP.

Break 2026 order value down by sales region, with each region's total and share.
What you should see

A small table: Midwest $4.2M, 51.4%; South $2.9M, 36.4%; West $995.8K, 12.3%. The same figures on all three ERPs, although each stores the region differently.

A conversation across modules

Erin, in Dolibarr. Ask in turn, in one chat:

Which orders are waiting for stock? Give the customer, the order value and the SKU of the product they are short of.
Who supplies those products, and when are their open purchase orders due?
For each supplier: of the purchase orders received in 2024, and of those received in 2026, how many arrived after their expected date, and what share is that? Worst 2026 share first.
What you should see

Four Houston orders wait for the same motors. Their open purchase orders all go to one supplier, Banfield Motor & Drive, and most are overdue. Banfield delivered 33 of 69 late in 2024 (47.8%) and 65 of 68 late in 2026 (95.6%).

One number, different shapes

Erin, in Dolibarr or ERPNext.

How much have we written off as bad debt?
What you should see

$28K ($27,998.70) on both. Each ERP records a write-off in its own way.

Access is enforced

Sign in as Derek Martinez (a sales rep), in Dolibarr.

How much commission has each sales rep earned so far in 2026?
What you should see

One row: Derek's own, $38.4K. The other reps' rows are filtered out by the application before the query runs, so the model never sees them.

5. Deep Research reports

Turn on the Research button under the chat box before you send, and Fidara writes a multi-page report instead of a short answer: it plans the questions, runs each one as its own query, and cites where every figure came from. A report takes a few minutes; you can keep chatting meanwhile, and download it as Word, PDF, HTML or Markdown when it is ready.

6. Good to know

  • Answers come as a chart, a table or a figure. The table icon under an answer shows the rows. The 1.2K button shows exact amounts.
  • If an answer looks wrong, click Try again under it. The assistant is built on a language model and can make mistakes, so check a figure in the ERP's own screens.
  • This demo only reads. It does not change anything in the ERPs.
  • The logins are shared with other visitors, so they can see your conversations. Don't type anything private.
